Lemon Ricotta Cookies

Oven temperature 350 degrees


4 cups flour
2 cups of sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 sticks of melted margarine
2 tablespoons of lemon extract
2 eggs
1 pound of ricotta


Mix dry ingredients.
Mix liquids, eggs and ricotta.
Gradually add dry ingredients to liquid ingredients.
Drop tablespoons of mixture on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake 7 to 8 minutes.
Cool and glaze.


I box 10x sugar, lemon extract and just enough milk to make a thin mixture,
