1 nine inch baked pie shell
1 ten ounce package of frozen strawberries thawed
¾ cup of sugar
2 egg whites
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
½ cup whipped cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine all ingredients, but the cream and vanilla, in a very large mixing bowl.
Beat all together for 15 minutes or until stiff.
Whip the cream, add vanilla and fold into the strawberry mixture.
Pile high into baked pie shell and freeze overnight.
